Delivery & Returns Policy
UK Orders All orders received before 2pm are aimed for dispatch on the same day (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays). - Standard Delivery – FREE: Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class (estimated 1–3 working days). - Urgent Orders – £5.00: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed™ by 1pm the next working day (signature required).
International ShippingWe ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on location and local postal services. - Europe (including Republic of Ireland) – £10 (estimated 3–5 working days). - Rest of World (including USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.) – £15 (estimated 5–7 working days). All orders are sent via tracked or signed-for delivery services for your peace of mind. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
PackagingEvery Amore Argento piece comes beautifully presented in our premium packaging, which includes a jewellery box and gift bag, along with a polishing cloth and care card — creating the perfect gift for any occasion. When buying online, you can also include a personal message, printed in script on a note card and placed inside the gift packaging. We can send gifts directly to your recipient; simply enter their delivery address at checkout.
ReturnsWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide not to keep your item, you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return it for a full refund. If you are returning a product due to a fault or because we sent the wrong item, we will refund your original delivery charge and any reasonable return postage costs. If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you will need to cover the cost of return postage.
How to Return an ItemPlease package your jewellery securely (including padding to protect it in transit) and include your packing note or order number. RefundsRefunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item. - If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. - If you paid using PayPal, Clearpay, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or SuperPayments, your refund will be processed through the same payment method. Please note that original postage and return postage are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Returns Conditions-Items must be returned in their original condition and unused, with all original packaging and labels intact. - For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, unless they are faulty. - This returns policy applies to purchases made through our website only. If you purchased an Amore Argento product from an independent retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange your return.
Faulty or Damaged ItemsIf your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at [email protected] We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
