2. Product Information and Availability
We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate at the time of publication. Due to the natural materials used in many of our designs (such as gemstones), variations in colour, size, or texture may occur. All products are subject to availability. If an item you order is unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if payment has already been taken. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the website, including prices and promotional details, without prior notice.
3. Prices and Payment All prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current applicable rate. Prices are subject to change without notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. We accept payment through SuperPayments, PayPal, Clearpay, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all of which are registered and secure electronic payment systems. All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. We are not responsible for any refusal of payment by your card provider. 4. Formation of Contract
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. The contract between you and Amore Ltd is formed only when we send you a written order confirmation (usually by email). We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if: - the item is unavailable, - there has been an error in pricing or description, or - we have reason to believe the order may be fraudulent.
5. Delivery and Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all accepted orders promptly. Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, dispatch may take up to two working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors beyond our control. 6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this period. Once cancelled, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. All returns must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, via the same method used for payment. We also offer a 30-day goodwill return policy on most products purchased online, allowing you to return items for an exchange or refund beyond your statutory rights, provided they are in perfect condition. Please note: for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Hallmarking and Product Safety
All applicable jewellery items are hallmarked in accordance with UK hallmarking law. Smaller silver items that fall below the legal hallmarking weight are stamped “925” and carry the Amore Argento maker’s mark for authenticity. All Amore silver jewellery is rhodium plated for added durability and shine.
9. Repairs and Aftercare Services
We offer complimentary cleaning on selected items and provide repair and alteration services where possible. Some repairs may incur a small charge. If you wish to send an item to our workshop, please include your name, return address, contact number, and a description of the work required. 10. Promotions and Store Offers
Occasionally, our retail stores may offer promotions or special prices that differ from those online. Online offers may not be available in-store, and vice versa. Not all products available in-store are listed online.
